1. All exchanged information from potential and actual volunteers are used by Inspire Kenya internally only.

2. All private details including email addresses and other personal data are not disclosed to any other party outside of Inspire Kenya.

3. It is our policy to keep all information exchanged with are clients totally confidential and in-house. It is our policy to only contact clients via email about their specific enquires or replies. We do not mail shot any previous or current clients using information given on enquiry.

4. Original copies of any data stored from previous clients may be requested by email in accordance to data protection law. We do only keep relevant data on our clients as long as it is required.
